Precautions to Swine Flu

Being endemic in pigs, officially announced by world health organization (WHO) as pandemic disease, Swine Flu is also called Swine Influenza Virus. Categorized as Influenza C and Influenza A, there are more categories as H1N1, H1N2, H2N1, H3N1, H3N2, and H2N3. Let’s see some of the precautions here. 

1. Drink Aloe vera gel juice

2. Drink Citrus fruit juices

3. Include garlic in your food to increase immunity of the body.


4. Drink milk added with little edible turmeric. Apply turmeric regularly in case of women to stay away from any other flu diseases. 

5. Eat tulsi or basil leaves daily in the early morning to keep clean your breathing organs. 


6. Take a piece of camphor within banana once in a month to protect your body from any other flu diseases. 

7. Drink few drops of Apple cider vinegar in a glass of water to protect your body infection-free. 

8. Drink carrot juice once or twice in a week. 

9. Wash your hands frequently. 

10. Close your mouth and nose with kerchief when you expose yourself to surroundings.

Symptoms of Swine Flu


Fever, Cough, Sore Throat, Body aches, Runny Nose, headache, fatigue and chills.
