Indian Spices to Relieve from Gas Trouble Quickly!

1. Drink Cinnamon tea prepared by boiling either cinnamon sticks or Cinnamon powder in water added with little honey to relieve from gas trouble. 

2. Grind Ginger, Fennel, Cardamom, and a pinch of Asafetida. Boil 1 teaspoon of this mixture in water added with 1 teaspoon of honey. Drink it twice per day to avoid prolonged gas trouble

3. Grind carom seeds and celery seeds. Mix one teaspoon of this mixture in buttermilk added with little black salt. Drink this twice per day to stay away from gas problem

4. Boil garlic with cumin seeds and a little black pepper in a glass of water. Drink this extract once or twice in a day to release your stomach gas. 

5. Drink salt lemon soda added with a pinch of baking soda to immediately relieve from gas trouble. 

6. Put a pinch of asafetida within banana and drink it with warm water to avoid gas trouble. 


7. Eat fennel seeds to relieve from gas trouble.  

8. Boil peppermint with honey in water and drink it twice per day to quickly relieve from gas trouble

9. Boil few cardamom seeds with 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds and a small piece of ginger in water. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and drink this tea twice per day to completely relieve from gas trouble.   

10. Drink Cloves with water directly to get a relief from gastric problem. 

11. Do yoga and abdomen exercises daily to relieve from prolonged gas trouble permanently.
