Hi ladies, Precautions to Avoid Low-survival Rated Breast Cancer

Breast Cancer Tumors


1. Include flax seeds in your food which destroys cancerous cells. 


2. Include more garlic in your food, which prevents tumors formation in your blood. 

3. Include Pomegranate which prevents cancerous cells because of its anti-oxidant property. 

4. Include more and more vegetables in your diet to avoid the risk of getting breast cancer. 

5. Include omega-3 fatty acids-rich food items like salmon fish and walnuts

6. Include more onions in your diet to stay away from tumor formation.

7. Include folic acid-rich food items like legumes and beans to prevent cancer. 

8. Put your weight under control. Bulgy bodies are more prone to get attacked by breast cancer. 

9. Stay away from heterocyclic amines-forming foods like red meat (mutton, pork and beef).

10. Control sugar, oil, and salt which promote gaining extra fat in your diet. Women with more weight are more prone to breast cancer.
