Home Remedies for Irregular Period Time


Follow the below procedure before your period starts on to put the menstrual cycle in consistent order.


1. Prepare ginger juice added with sugar, boil it and drink it three times per day after food.

2. Drink milk added with cinnamon powder 2 times per day.

3. Before your period time, roast sesame powder, grind it well with jaggery, eat 
it on empty stomach, and avoid this when the period starts.

4. Drink aloe vera juice with honey on empty stomach before the period time.

5. Drink papaya juice prepared from unripe fruit before the period time starts on.


6. Drink milk added with turmeric powder, and honey or jaggery.

7. Drink the extract from the boiled coriander seeds in water three times per day.

8. Drink the extract from the boiled Fennel in water three times per day.

9. Make a paste of dried mint with honey and eat it three times per day.

10. Drink carrot juice, sugar cane juice two times in a week.

11. Include corn, drumsticks, beets, lettuce and pumpkin seeds in your diet.

12. Don’t overdo exercises.
